Cancellation Policy
Flyography Policies Group Classes Payments & Refunds: All single classes must be paid in full before attendance. (THIS INCLUDES FLYOGRAPHY LA & ADULT CLASSES) Payments for single classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Private Lessons Class Pack & Payment Terms: All private lessons must be paid in full or in 2 installments (as listed on the booking page) before scheduling is finalized. If using a split payment plan, the second payment is automatically billed after the second lesson. Failure to complete the second payment results in immediate cancellation of remaining sessions and a $200 fine against your account for breach of agreement. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling : *All cancellations must be submitted through the official Flyography website. *Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance before lesson starts. *PLEASE NOTE that if you’ve purchased a class pack that your 2nd weekly payment will still be processed. *Sessions must be used within 30 days of the first booked class. Commitment & Conduct For Private Lessons *Chronic tardiness or cancellations may result in removal from training access. Flyography reserves the right to terminate training with any client who displays disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
