Cancellation Policy

**Class Cancellations** Cancellations must be made at least **12 hours before the scheduled class time**. If you cancel at least 12 hours in advance, your class credit may be used toward another eligible Flyography™ class within the original expiration period of your pass or membership. **Late Cancellations** Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will be considered a **late cancellation** and the class credit will be forfeited. **No-Shows** If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling, the class will be considered used. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. **Pop-In / Single-Class Purchases** All Pop-In Pass and single-class purchases are **non-refundable**. With proper notice, your booking may be transferred to another eligible class, subject to availability. By purchasing or reserving a Flyography™ class, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. **Thank you for respecting the time, space, and energy that goes into creating every Flyography™ experience.** **TRAIN.
